Terms of Service

1. Description of Services

Telvorn presents AI-simulated chronic kidney disease (CKD) cases grounded in KDIGO 2024. The Services include an AI case agent you can question about a simulated patient, a structured management-plan and drug-therapy-problem classification exercise, small-group comparison of individual decisions, a cohort-level debrief for your tutor, and Ekere, an AI-generated reasoning portrait reflecting patterns in how you approach cases.

2. Not a Substitute for Clinical Judgment

Telvorn and Ekere are educational and reflective learning tools built around simulated cases. Nothing generated by the case agent or Ekere — including case feedback, reasoning commentary, or teaching notes — constitutes clinical advice, a diagnosis, or a recommendation for any real patient. You remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions you make in real practice. Telvorn does not replace your course curriculum, your tutor's guidance, or the standards of the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) or any other regulatory body.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

Telvorn is intended for students, tutors, and administrators using it as part of pharmacotherapeutics education. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate registration details and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Your Content

Case responses, conversations with the case agent, group consensus submissions, and reflections you submit ("Your Content") remain yours. You grant Telvorn a licence to process Your Content in order to operate the Services — including generating case-agent responses, building your reasoning portrait, and preparing anonymised cohort-level briefings for your tutor. Telvorn does not use Your Content to train a shared or public AI model at this time. If that changes in future, we will seek your fresh, explicit consent before doing so.

5. Group Work

Small-group comparison shows your individual case answers to your assigned group members, and your group's consensus submission is visible to your group and your course tutor. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit as part of a group consensus.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract underlying models or source code.
• Scrape or extract data from the Services at scale without written permission.
• Submit unlawful, defamatory, or abusive content.
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt Telvorn's infrastructure or security controls.
• Enter real, identifiable patient health information into any case or chat — every case is simulated and requires no real patient data.
• Use another person's identifying information, or complete case work on another student's behalf.

7. Third-Party AI Processing

The case agent and Ekere are powered by third-party AI service providers. Your inputs are sent to these providers to generate a response to you. This processing is covered under our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Accuracy

AI models are not error-free. Ekere's outputs, including reasoning feedback and guideline citations, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of accuracy or completeness. Some teaching notes may reflect a case author's own clinical synthesis rather than a verified primary source; always verify guidance against the current KDIGO guideline and your instructor's teaching.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Telvorn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including any decision made in reliance on the case agent's or Ekere's output.

10. Account Termination

Your course tutor or a platform administrator may reset your case progress or remove your account, including if you complete or leave the course, or if these Terms are violated. Account and data deletion requests should be directed to your course tutor or enquiries@telvorn.com.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of Telvorn after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
